By completing the contact form, you agree to correspondence with us, in terms of cooperation in this correspondence regarding the submission of commercial offers by phone and/or electronic or for other purposes related to the activities of our company.

Customers’ personal data in connection with the conclusion of the contract and its performance

Your personal data may be processed in order to implement the activities performed at your request before concluding a cooperation agreement with us, which you have concluded with us, i.e. pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 lit. And the GDPR. In connection with the conclusion with you, we process your personal data also in order to fulfill your legal obligations, e.g. an invoice (legal basis: Article 1 lit. (Legal basis: Article 1 lit. f GDPR.

Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the contract and fulfill the legal obligations as well as for the period necessary to defend against any claims. In the scope of processing your data for direct marketing purposes, the data will be processed by us until an objection is filed.

We process your personal data and other information provided to us by you in business relations for the purpose and as part of concluded cooperation agreements. In the scope of performing the obligations arising from these contracts, the sharing, sending of commercial, product, marketing information or communication of implemented obligations by the parties may take place. As part of the above activities, we obtain from you personal data as: name, surname, position, name and address of the company, telephone number, e-mail address.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 lit. and the GDPR and in the field of legally justified interest of the administrator – in order to determine, investigate or defend against claims, pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 lit. F GDPR.

Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary for the implementation of contracts, in the scope of fulfilling legal obligations – for the period necessary to fulfill these obligations and for the period necessary to defend against any claims.

 

Personal data processed through social networks

Priceway has its own profile on LinkedIn. Our cooperation with social networks, on which we run our profiles, is based on the conditions and principles set by operators. The function of your personal data is the owner of both the portal and Priceway, running his profile through a given portal. However, it should be noted that Priceway leading the profile himself is a user of the portal and it is not possible to modify the conditions of using the portal and security used by the portal. Therefore, in order to obtain full information on the processing of personal data, you can find a given portal in the privacy policy (more information on this subject below).

Your personal data is processed as part of our profiles on these social networks, in particular for advertising, market research, promotion. On its basis, we inform you about our actions and events that Priceway organizes.

Activity on profiles is used to build and maintain communication with us by observing the profile, comments, huts, messages, likes, reactions to posts, sharing, etc.

Your data, such as name and surname/nickname, image, public profile and other information provided in messages or comments, we process based on our legitimate interest, in order to respond to comments and messages, maintaining relationships with people entering us into interactions and in in order to determine, investigate or defend against claims, pursuant to art. 6 para. 1 lit. F GDPR. The basis for the processing of your personal data is art. 6 para. 1 lit. So your consent expressed in a form of implied by joining the Priceway profile on social networks.

To whom your personal data can be transferred

– to state authorities or other entities authorized on the basis of legal provisions,

– entities processing personal data on our order in order to perform the obligations that have been incumbent on us, i.e. our subcontractors, suppliers, entities conducting postal or courier activities,

– entities with whom we permanently cooperate and which are responsible for Priceway IT services, Priceway accounting service. These entities act on the basis of contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data and are obliged to protect them on an equal footing.

 

Transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

Your personal data is processed only in EEA, with the proviso that only data processing within social networks may be associated with the transfer of your personal data to third countries.

What rights to the state are in connection with the processing of personal data by Priceway

The right to information on the processing of personal data – on this basis, Priceway provides every person whose data is processed – information on data processing, including primarily about the purposes and legal grounds for processing, the scope of the data held, entities to which they are disclosed and about the planned date of removal data;

the right to obtain a copy of data – on this basis we provide a copy of the processed data regarding the person submitting the request;

the right to rectify – we are connected to delete any non -compliance or errors of processed personal data and supplement them if they are incomplete;

The right to delete data – on this basis a person may request deletion of data, the processing of which is no longer necessary to achieve any of the purposes for which they were collected;

the right to limit processing – in the event of submitting such a request, we will stop performing operations on personal data – except for the operations for which the data subject has agreed – and their storage, in accordance with the adopted rules for deleting data or until the reasons for limiting data processing cease (e.g. a decision of the supervisory authority will be issued to allow further data processing);

The right to oppose other data processing purposes – the data subject may at any time oppose the processing of personal data, which is based on a legitimate interest (e.g. for analytical or statistical purposes); Opposition in this regard should contain justification;

The right to withdraw consent – if the data is processed on the basis of the consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw it at any time, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing made before the withdrawal of consent.

The right to a complaint – if the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR or other provisions regarding the protection of personal data, the data subject may submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection https://uodo.gov.pl/pl/ p/complaints
